"One should eat to live, not live to eat."

Patients have been successful in achieving all of the above with the therapeutic lifestyle change program called FirstLine Therapy…and now you can too!
What is FLT ?
FirstLine Therapy (FLT) is a therapeutic lifestyle change program. This type of program means making changes in your everyday lifestyle to improve your health. With this program we will provide recommendations in four general areas, stress reduction, exercise, diet modification, and nutritional supplementation. It is not our intention that you live by these recommendations for a certain number of days and go back to your old habits…if you do, you’ll end up right back where you started. The goal is to help you create better habits that you will continue to live by for life. In return, these choices will enable you to live a full, healthy life.
You may be wondering if everyday lifestyle choices can really make a big difference. The answer is yes, absolutely! In fact the National Institutes of Health (NIH) recommends lifestyle changes as the most important and cost-effective way to lower cholesterol. It has also been suggested that 91% of type 1 diabetes could be prevented by the adoption of healthy habits and lifestyle choices. Lifestyle changes are now recommended as the one of the best ways to treat chronic disease in our society. Some of those chronic diseases include, but are not limited to:
Heart Disease
Stroke
Diabetes
Cancer
Arthritis
Osteoporosis
Alzheimer’s Disease
Lifestyle changes have been effective in treating diseases like those mentioned above, but they are also effective in treating symptoms, not classified as diseases. Some of those symptoms include:
Fatigue
Stress
Hormone Imbalances
Central Obesity
Obesity
Chronic Pain
Plus many more!
